Hopping here and there and eveywhere

I've been procrastinating to blog about my date with Sheau last weekend, blame it on lousy internet connection. BOO!

I think I'm sick. Very critical sickness caused by cyber bugs. Being disconnected from the cyber world really kills. I felt so lost. Has anyone updated his/ her blog? Did I missed out any nice clothings? Anyone uploaded photos on Facebook? Ah, it seemed like the world just stopped spinning. Felt like there's an barrier between myself with the people around me. shucks. I'm really sick! o_O

Anyway, a partner in crime was back to KL last 2 weekends and that was like, oh-so-rare! :P Rare, because she's back frequently, but most of the time we just didn't have the fate to meet up. It's either she'll be in KL and I'll be in Taiping, or she'll be in Taiping and I'll be in Kuantan. 'Cause we're both frequent travellers like that.. ;)

She's smart enough this time to inform me earlier about her visit and of course, I'll always be ready to welcome her.

Marked on my calender: 16th November for Sheau ;)

Breakfast in Old Town Sunway and she had her laksa early in the morning - reason: can't find this kinda laksa in Spore, so seize every opportunity wtf.

This girl loves anything spicy. The spicier the better. I remember when I used to stay with her during college time, she had her personal bottle of tabasco sauce ready to go with any food :\ And our dine out in Nandos will always ended up tragically 'cause she'll never resist the spiciest peri-peri combined with the spiciest sauce and Mr. Diarrhea will approach her shortly. HAHA! Sorry Sheau, but you're just too cute! ^_^

Remember I blogged about Oh & Ah Summer at Home sales few months back? They're back this time with their Christmas sales and we managed to drop by. Well, I guess the previous sales was better, or probably at that time the concept was still new to me. I was there during the last week of sales previously and I still managed to grab a top, a skirt, a dress, a bangle and a brooch. This time I was there during the first week of sale. Repeating clothes, probably leftovers from the previous sales. All I got was just a chiffon top.

The said chiffon top that we both got. I bought the one in grey and Sheau bought the one in black.

I always salivates over their necklaces. I wanna hang my necklaces like this in my room too! :D

RM 69.90 - it's wayyyyyy overpriced. But it's to-die-for T3T

Both of us proceeded to Showpink later. Shin was supposed to join but not sure what that girl did the night before, 'cause when we called she sounded like still on bed wtf :(

I'm that serious when I'm digging for treasures.

Sheau's nose started its duty. She was sneezing non-stop prolly because of the dusty vintage items. We left shortly and all I got was just a vintage scarf.

Both Moca and Mooie were having sales and I think it's still ongoing. Most of the items were dirt cheap like 50% - 70% off.

censored because I looked retarded.

This Ronald McDonald wannabe sneakers was on 50% off. Can't decide if I should get it. I don't wear sneakers that often anyway.. Oh, guess the very last time I wore sneakers was during... college time?? -___-"

At Tea & Sympathy.

One of my favourite boutique in Bangsar but I seldom purchase anything from them. Material used for their clothing are mostly thick and uncomfortable but I heart their design to bits.

An old lady was looking after Tea & Sympathy (probably Naomi the owner's mum/ grandmama). I spotted this top on a mannequin and asked if I could try it on. I guess she wasn't sure if there's another piece in the storeroom and she gotta remove everything froom the mannequin -_- I really pitied her 'cause it's really tight on the mannequin and together with the belt, the vest and the top tucked into a paperbag skirt, it's kinda hard to remove.

And I ended up not buying. Sorry auntyyyy... :(

Shin finally joined us around 3 in the afternoon with one side of her cheek bigger than the other. She just got her wisdom tooth removed, 'cause she got too much wisdom! LOL

Aww.. poor girl.. :P

I spotted this BIG MOUTH necklace and it wa slove at first sight. Almost brought it home but at RM 39.90 for this wooden material, I guess it's not worth it.

It was raining very heavily and we're stucked in Starbucks having unnecessary cuppa latte and wasting unnecessary time. Innitial plan was to go for our tea break in Wondermilk and meetup old collegemates in 1U, which we cancelled. The rain ruined everything. Both Sheau and I ended up in Sunway Pyramid instead. Shin did not join us we she gotta be home early for her beloved man. Ini kawan tarak guna mia!! :((

Only managed to catch up for dinner with Ram. (Thanks for the treat!) Been quite some time since I last saw this lengthy gentleman and he's getting skinnier and taller each time I don't know why :\

So I guess the next meetup with Sheau gonna be during CNY, ah well, that's just another 2 more months to go. CNY! Time to hunt for CNY clothes again!! whee~!!

When SUAY-ness keep coming..

*sigh*

Thank God this year is coming to an end and this coming CNY gotta get my mum help 'da siu yan' (uhm, 'beat small people' wtf/ dunno how to explain). 'Cause I'm damn suay x1000000 *sigh* Last week I almost got sued and last 2 days I was almost beaten up..

Seriously, KL is no longer a safe place.

What happened was, last Saturday around 5-6pm I was driving near Summit USJ with my brother seated beside me. At the traffic light right in front of Summit, I was supposed to head all the way straight but I was in the far left lane (turn left). So I put on my signal to the right and keep right but traffic light was red and all the vehicles were not moving and I sorta blocked all the cars behind. The car behind me kept honk-ing but no choice-lah, I need to go straight instead of turning to the left which gonna lead me somewhere else.. He kept honking and honking and from the rear mirror, I saw him getting down the car. It's a Malay guy around 30s..

I thought to myself, "Shit-lah, later come knock on my mirror and scold me how!!!" and guess what. *take deep breathe* I saw him opening up his car boots and.. OMFGKKNCCBCLKMCH!!!! The next thing I saw was that crazy guy standing there holding a STICK!!!!!

T______________T

I was stucked in the middle of traffic jam and there were so many vehicles around and he was like so damn daring can!!! Of course, I freaked out and tried my very best to reverse my car and turn left right away (though there wasn't much space left, but die-die also must turn-lah!!!)

Turned left and he overtook me. And served me right also 'cause I was really angry at the same time of what he did and I honked at him -____- And guess what, the traffic light in front of us turned RED.

T___________________________T

Die-lah. This time sure die already... My bro kept asking why am I finding fault with a psycho. I also don't know why I'm so daring..

I saw a lorry coming from behind so I slowed down and hide behind the lorry -___-" But wtf, suey + suey = total suayness. The lorry suddenly turned into another lane and I ended up right behind the psycho's car T__________T I kept a distance in between and I really chickened out. His hand showing signal to me, asking me to go over to challenge him T______T

Traffic light turned green and off he went *phew* Thank God..

KL with it's ever increasing crime rates and this is the first time I witness how violent people can be. I don't understand how come he's so daring to take out the stick with so many people around and so many eyes watching. But anyway, I'm sure if he ever walk towards my car or maybe break my mirror/ etc.. no one will come to help. 'Cause this is minding own business society anyway.

May I know what the police are doing about the recent spate of crimes?

My dad was a victim of snatch thief many years back and when he went to the police station to report on this, all they told him was "Tak boleh buat apa-apa, dah banyak sangat kes macam ini.."

I was also a victim of snatch thief during my first year in college but no, I did not lodge a police report 'cause I'm very sure I'll be getting the same response..

Anyway, just beware and take a good care of yourself. The incident happened on Saturday was on broad daylight and I wonder what's gonna happen if it's at night instead. I might be blogging at being-cryst.heaven.com now..

Thank God I'm safe..

I got the 10th!

I logged in to Polyvore the other day and clicked on a new message.

I was like, WOW!! :D

I randomly submitted 2 entries for "Chic nerd" contest is Polyvore few weeks back, didn't really put much hope as there're over 1000 entries o_O But..

I got 10th!! T3T

10th is nothing and furthermore it's not like I'll get any prize, but 10th out of 1114 entries really meant something to me :D

Yay-ness ;)

Oh! WOW!!

EDITED

Guess what, I might be lamely sued by a former beauty pageant.. LOL

More on it later! ;D

(psst! Like, damn drama ok! I can't wait to update more about it)

/edit 121108

I received a call from an old friend the other day and seriously I was shocked, thinking why on earth would she wanna call me?? She's my high school friend, someone I'll never expect to keep in touch with, ever. And of course, as expected she didn't call just to say hi and just to keep in touch.

She reminded me of a post I that blogged about her 2 years back in Multiply. 2 YEARS BACK!! I completely forgot about that post.

She won a beauty pageant contest 2 years back and most of us were shocked. And I blogged about it very brieftly and of course I did congratulate her as well and wished her all the best in Miss Commonwealth. And surprisingly after 2 freaking years, she gave me a surprise call claiming a particular phrase in my blogpost got her into trouble.

"A prefect who used to complain anything about anyone to everyone."

According to her, my blog appeared on priority search in Google and a modelling/ whatever agency in India she was about to sign her contract with read about it, and questioned her personality. Obviously I was like, wtf. How can a big agency simply googled a person and rely on a random blogpost. Or rather, I suspected she googled her own name and created the story so that I will remove the post, I don't know. I didn't question further and just apologized and removed that particular post, like immediately, 'cause it didn't mean anything much to me and that was like 2 freaking years back. End of story.

And few days later, drama began.

She sms-ed me one night saying my link still appeared on google search. It's funny 'cause I'm very sure I've already removed it completely. I was outside when she sms-ed and that was on Friday night. I told her I can't get to online until Monday when I'm back to work and she replied saying, "I advise you to go to cyber cafe now". Like, what?? Advise me?? La la la~~ very funny.

Anyway, I did sms-ed Sheau in Spore providing her with my username and password as well and asked her to delete on my behalf as I can't get online. She told me the post no longer there. Fine. So I thought that crazy Indian fella was just crapping and I didn't give her a damn.

Few days passed and she kept calling and sms-ing, like e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y. asking me to remove but wth, god dammit it's no longer there I checked again and again for like 554168416357 times!!!!! I even asked a few friends to check but none read the post = IT'S NO LONGER THERE!! Her calls and smses continued and I started to ignore her.

And last Friday the real drama began. My hp rang early in the morning but I didn't pick up, 'cause I don't usually pick up stranger's call. And followed by an sms.

Legally?

What's the legal thing she can do with that simple phrase? I ignored, until later that afternoon, I gave my so-called lovely friend a call(instead of her manager), which led to a huge arguement through phone. She kept shouting and shouting non-stop and seriously I was stunned. What's so big deal about this simple phrase, I thought. I checked from google again, yes, my link still appeared on priority search, but it's no longer leading. When I clicked on the link, it's stated the page no longer exist/ it has been removed. However, it still appeared when I clicked on google's cache, but what can I do about it besides waiting for google to clear it's cache!!!!

Later in the evening she sms-ed again..

Delete my blog?? Crazy. She must be out of her mind. Delete my Multiply account of 4 years because of that particular phrase?? FYI, before I started with this blog in blogspot, I blogged in Multiply and had all my pictures posted over there, like loads and loads of 'em. So to delete my account?? No.

And I told her right off, NO. NEVER.

What character referance?? Sorry-lah, I don't study law, and I don't know what character referance means in legal POV.

And her so-called manager called later and just like my lovely friend, she kept yelling through phone and I tell you, she sounded so awful.. ugh. :s What kinda manager is this, I wonder. But yet again, I told her, I've already done my part, I've done my best, I removed the post entirely, but, I'll NEVER EVER close my account. Never. Never. Finally she threatened to bring this case up legally. Fine. Like, whatever-lah... I'm tired with all this drama.

My friend called again (argh!!! help!!! I just can't breathe anymore!!!) and I told her again, NO. I. AM. NOT. GOING. TO. CLOSE. MY. ACCOUNT. NEVER. EVER. NO. NO. NO. Again, I was informed they'll lodge a report and I told her by all means, please go ahead, but I'll NEVER fucking shut down my Multiply account. Thank you strawberry much.

Funny thing, I received this sms shortly after. ;)

No heart to lodge report? ;) Or nothing to report about and you're just being childish about making the whole mess out? ;) And she later asked me to draft a mail to google to get them to clear the cache, which of course, I don't really give a damn anymore. The bf even suggested me to lodge a police report that this lovely beauty pageant been seriously disturbing my life and affecting my daily routine. HAHA! I almost.

Yesterday she sent me another sms with just a word "Thanks".

I googled her name and yeah, cache has been cleared. I wish it's still there and I can attached the post here. I wish it's still there so I can wait for her to report this and bring it up 'legally'. 'Cause I really wanna know how 'legally' can she do with these.

And no, I don't wish to keep in touch with her. I don't wish to bump into her on streets.

Sincerely, I still wish her all the best in her future, 'cause she'll have all my 'blessings' ;)

Not that busy only-lah!

I'm being caught up with Moonlight Resonance lately that's the reason for lack of updates. Damn chi kek I've been watching non-stop right after work everyday. My nephew came into my room one night and looked at me with his very shocking face, "You still watching! Later you become stupid than the world!!!"

T___________________T

FYI, my brother taught him to add the phrase 'than the world' so everything will sound more boombastic. 'World' is great, 'than the world' would mean 'greatest of all'.. *sigh* Why my brother like that one.. ;(

Recap on what's been happening lately..

I went back Taiping during Deepavali and on Sunday, we had homemade popiah ;) Taiping is well-known for its popiah, you'll never know how great popiah would taste until you try those originally from Taiping. Notice the word 'originally'. Never trust those hawker stalls who claimed they're selling Taiping Popiah in KL, 'cause they never taste like one. SHOO!!

Met up with Sheau who went back as well. It's been forever since we last met. And guess what, we had our precious time in Taiping's very first Starbucks Cafe and I'm shocked it's quite packed.

My eldest sis and bro went back as well. Together with 3 nephews and 1 niece and off we went to lake gardens. I wonder if my baby niece will become tomboy in future since it's all boys at home, but fred not, 'cause she's damn addicted with my boy ;( *jealous*

I went for a free photoshoot in Isetan KLCC by Ettusais.

Free make-up, free hairstyling (so lala!) and free a copy of A4 size photo. Took a few shots and the photographer kept pestering me to purchase another few photos but it's like damn expensive k! I enquired if I could just get all photos (only 10 I think) burn into CD and that cost me freaking RM60 for a CD wtf the CD alone cost less than RM1 ok!!! But I ended up with 2 5R which cost me RM 40 T__T And that free photo also he kept asking me to add RM10 for laminating, which I gave in as well T__T

Why so easy to cheat my money one!!

I found a random shop back in my hometown selling vintage tortoise shell frames!! And that straw hat my nephew wore damn cute right!! :D Am selling those frames in Baboobeep so do check out if you're interested.

Went Pavillion the other day while waiting for the bf to arrive from Kuantan and I camwhored in fitting room again. Damn love the first top from Topshop but no discount. I have softspot for anything with bows and laces.. I think I'm going back to get it.. and that brown knitted cape from F21 (top right) is on sale RM50 only!! Retailling at RM200 plus previously, should I?? Should I??

Babysitted my niece myself for the first time the other day as my bro and sis-in-law need to attend a meeting. I'm so motherly :P

After reading so many reviews on blogs, I finally went to Wondermilk Cuppacakes!!! Damn hard to find we went round and round Uptown for almost half an hour -___-" Love the interior and they serve the best cupcakes!!! :D (Sheau, we go next week k?)

Attended another nephew's concert. 4-year old Xuenmin's concert so it's not really considered 'graduation' yet, unlike Kent G.. HAHA! We were all laughing at Xuenmin's gel-up hair 'cause he kept touching his hair on stage, afraid it'd fall! LOL

See, I wasn't that happening after all..

I smiled.

Recent purchases that made me smile each time I look at them ;)

1) Ladybug scarf.

2) Miu miu inspired bag wtf. Comes with detachable sling strap and golden key and padlock that almost took my breathe away :D

3) Mascara from SASA.

Like damn irrevant, but it's one of my best purchases! The salesgirl told me it's sold off in every SASA outlet in HK so I gave it a try. And I heart this to bits.. ;) It's called Super Dolly Powerful Mascara (like damn canggih ada itu oomphh!!) and it proved to make my lashes so camel-like, uHm, I mean, dolly-like.. :P

And my ULTIMATE FAVOURITE ....

Brown fringe booties!! :D :D :D So damn soft and comfy and made me go YII-HA! YII-HAAAAAA!!!!!! LOL!!

Yeah, damn random one I know.. Update soon, I promise :P

With love.
